Now that the TRAP project is well and truly up and running, we need to focus on getting our message out there about what we are achieving, in particular regarding the best practises that we have to promote, not just in our own regions, but outside of them. Looking at the agenda for this year’s Open Days, just one seminar is in relation to water ‘Showcasing Green Infrastructure: smart investment for water innovation’ on 9th October 2012 at Centre Borschette (Room OB). What do we, the TRAP partnership, want to communicate about the project, and what do the public want to hear more about?
Interreg IV C: The Interregional Cooperation Programme INTERREG IVC, financed by European Union's Regional Development Fund, helps Regions of Europe work together to share experience and good practice in the areas of innovation, the knowledge economy, the environment and risk presentation. €302 million is available for project funding but, more than that a wealth of knowledge and potential solution are also on hand for regional policy-makers.
